Set Up Your Utilities

Moving can be a hectic time for anyone. Setting up your utilities can be time-consuming. We would like to make your move one of ease. We have provided information and links to easily set up utilities for your new home.


Utilities Required to be in Your Name:

  • Electric: Commonwealth Edison
  • Water/Sewer/Trash: We use a third party vendor for billing. The management office will set this up for you. Please fill out the Utility Activation Form attached and bring with you when you move-in. This Utility Activation Form will provide us with the account numbers for your unit if there should ever be a problem. It also confirms utilities have been activated in your name. Download the Utility Activation From here.

Renters Insurance

We do require Renters Insurance at each of our communities. We are not brokers. You can select any insurance company of your choice.

  • Change My Address: USPS
  • Vehicle Registration: If you are coming from out of state you are required to register your vehicle in IL. You can do this online at New residents who have moved within the state must notify the Illinois Secretary of State’s office within 10 days of address change.
